Membership Term

All paid subscriptions to the Family History Society of Cheshire run from 1 July to the 30 June the following year.

However, if you join between 1 April and 30 June you will be granted membership until 30 June of the following year. This provides up to 15 months membership for the cost of 12 months.

Your will be assumed to have cancelled your membership if payment is not received by the 31st August. If cancelled you will be able to renew your membership at a future date and will have access to the website as a web user in the interim.

 

You can either simply register to use the web-site (click on Website User above) and later upgrade to a paid membership or you can join the society and pay the appropriate fee.

Notes

- a username can be anything you wish but must be unique

- only one user can utilise an email address

- a password must:

  • be at least 8 characters long
  • contain at least one number
  • contain at least one upper case character
  • Contain at least one Symbol

Security is taken very seriously by our Society, so please pay attention to the above notes when creating your unique password.
