The memorial inscriptions wereoriginally transcribed by the ladies of Willaston W.I. in 1984. In 2015 these original, handwritten, transcriptions were checked (and corrected where necessary), by Bebington Family History Group. Additions to the memorials, since 1984, were recorded and these additions are indicated in the transcriptions by prefixing them with “2015:”. The names recorded on the memorials were then indexed. However, as we also had access to the burial index we have included some names from this index that are not on the headstone. These names are indicated in our name index by a “#” after the Christian name. A diagrammatic plan of the churchyard produced and all of the grave plots were photographed.
