The process for renewal of membership is as follows:

- to renew online please login then navigate to My Membership/My Profile

- one of the tabs on this screen is Renew/Upgrade Membership

- clicking on this tab will show you your current options

- membership renewal is only enabled 150 days before your renewal is due

- if you click on the subscriptions tab you can see what your current membership is and when it expires

- upgrades can be processed any time you wish

- renewals and upgrades can be paid for using PayPal/card payment/standing order/cheque just choose the appropriate option

- if you RENEW by standing order or cheque then there is no absolute need to do anything via the site to renew as arrival of the payment will trigger your renewal :

  • HOWEVER there is no harm in using the renewal process and choosing the Offline Payment method as this signals your intention to renew
  • using the renewal method will trigger emails that include details of how to pay

- when renewing/upgrading via offline payments then please ensure your payment value is correct

- if you decide to change your payment method from standing order to some other method then please ensure you cancel your standing order with your bank

Alternatively you may wish to complete the whole process manually by printing off this Application Form September 2018 but the process will necessarily take a little longer.
