Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Family History Society of Cheshire

In accordance with Sections 9 and 11 of the Constitution and at the request of the Executive Committee, an Extraordinary General Meeting of the FHSC will take place electronically using Zoom on Saturday 20th July 2024 at 2.00pm.

The meeting is being convened to consider a new Constitution for the FHSC, arising out of the recommendations made by the recent Focus Groups. The draft new Constitution and meeting details can be viewed HERE.  Please ensure that you are familiar with the contents of the revised Constitution before the meeting. 

You will need to register to attend, to do so please click on the 'Register [Individual]' button below on the left and process your registration, you will receive an email confirmation and the zoom links/meeting protocol will be forwarded the morning of the EGM. Registration is now open and closes at 12 noon on 20th July 2024.
