Mouse Without Borders - Control up to four computers from a single mouse and keyboard
Mike Smith added this to last month’s chat. Has anybody any further comments:

Mike used to use this at work to operate several computers from a single mouse/keyboard. He says it is far easier than losing track of which mouse or keyboard you should use. Hide all the rest and just use one! Wherever the mouse cursor is, that's where the keyboard input goes.
He still uses when using his desktop and laptop together. He’s put the laptop on a stand so the screens are side by side and uses the desktop screen and keyboard. You can copy from one computer and paste on the other - magic!
The documentation says it works on Windows 7 through to Windows 10, but Mike has run it on Windows 11 without problem. The PCs need to be on the same network to talk to each other.
What We Cover at Computer Club Meetings
We introduced a new meeting `feature’ last month; summarising what we discussed that month. Did you find it helpful?
Does a recap of the content raise any further questions from you?
Bluesky
Our ever-busy Society Chair has set up an account for FHSC on Bluesky, which is an alternative to X - previously known as Twitter. Maggie in Canada would be interested in hearing more about it.
I’ve asked Margaret Roberts to give us a run-down.
Question Time - for everyone
Do you need some help? Please think about your current problems. Ask any question on any Family History or Computer-related subject.
Someone will have an answer for you - no question is too simple!
