Meetings
The Stockton Heath Group meets on the third Monday of each month (except December) at the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, Bridge Lane, Appleton, starting at 8 pm.
The number of members attending recent meetings is on the increase. A number of new members are being attracted. You don't have to be a member to attend and the price is £1 including refreshments.
Work continues on our Group Project - the transcription of the recent registers of St Thomas, Stockton Heath. Volunteers are required to transcribe records at home from photographs on CD or to help in checking transcriptions at the church.
The group AGM was held in July and the committee were re-elected. We are looking for a group librarian for our extensive collection of books and CDs.
