How to Join

New members can print out our on-line Membership Form, and mail it to our Enrolment Secretary with a cheque for the appropriate amount to cover your subscription.

Existing members who are renewing can send their fees to our Renewals Secretary at the address above.

People living outside the United Kingdom may also join or renew their membership through the Cheshire section of GENfair.

UK residents can also join or renew by sending their credit card details (name, numbers, start/expiry dates) to our Enrolment Secretary with their application forms.


 

Subscription Rates

  • UK and European single members : £11.00 per year.

  • UK and European family members : £13.00 per year

  • Overseas members : £14.00 per year

There is also an initial Joining Fee of £2.00 per household.

The membership year runs from 1st July to 30th June. Please note that membership starts from the day your form is received, and cannot be post-dated.

Members joining between 1st July and the following 31st March inclusive will receive all the four journals of that financial year.

Members joining between 1st April and 30th June will receive a complimentary journal and their membership will extend until 30th June the following year.

Members may choose to affiliate themselves to one of our local Groups, or remain unattached. Although Society members are free to attend any of our group meetings throughout Cheshire, most of our Groups operate additional activities and facilities just for their own members.
